We are a “Premiere” Lennox Dealer. Out of over 8000 Lennox dealers nationwide, only a very small percentage are awarded this distinction. Homes and buildings are now constructed with energy savings in mind. That means construction and insulation techniques that make buildings almost airtight. This has made the proper selection and installation of HVAC equipment more critical than I’ve ever seen in my career. If your home or building has a unit that is oversized, you will have humidity problems that can lead to microbial growth. Duct systems must be sized properly and tested prior to our completion. We are one of the only companies in Central Virginia that test and balance systems as part of our installation process. Proper airflow is essential for comfort and efficiency. When selecting an HVAC contractor, you have hundreds of choices. Our installers and technicians are highly trained and are constantly involved in continuing education. With his 61 years of experience and expertise in boilers, people from near and far call on him for his help. Pride, hard work, and professionalism is his motto and it shines brighter than ever today, 45 years since the doors first opened in 1969.

His passion is great for the industry and he has gone on to gain every certification and master license in the business. 40 years and counting, Brad has set the highest standards in the industry with his vast knowledge and professional skill in the HVAC business. You can’t spell Bradley Mechanical without Brad.

From day one in 1969, when the doors of Bradley Mechanical opened, Gayle has been there answering phones, paying bills, scheduling jobs, and so much more. Dempsey couldn’t have kept the doors open without Gayle to handle the day-to-day operations in the office.
